Need a hand with Mukaan? Email [email protected]. Include the email you use for Mukaan and, if relevant, the crew or plan involved.

Press and hold a message in the app to report it or block its author. For anything urgent or not tied to one message, use Settings → Report a safety concern, or email us at [email protected].

Memberships are managed by Apple. In Mukaan, open Settings → Manage membership, or visit App Store subscriptions. Deleting your Mukaan account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Settings → Download everything exports your information. Settings → Delete my account removes your profile and personal data. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
