Terms of Service

Mukaan helps a small group of friends make a plan and show up to it. You form a crew, propose a session, and check in when you arrive.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mukaan. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email under your own control. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

You keep ownership of the photos and messages you post. You are responsible for what you post, and for not posting anything illegal, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.

Do not use Mukaan to threaten, harass, discriminate against, exploit, or share sexual, violent, illegal, or otherwise harmful content. You can press and hold a person’s message to report it or block that person. You can also send a safety concern from Settings. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Memberships are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store. The price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm the purchase. You can restore eligible purchases and manage or cancel renewal in Settings → Manage membership or in your App Store subscriptions. Deleting Mukaan or your Mukaan account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Crews are capped at 8 members. If a crew’s founder leaves, ownership passes automatically to the longest-standing remaining member so the crew is never left without an owner.

Mukaan is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be noted on this page.
